Features of the Evo Affinity 30G include the display with On/Off and Show Temp buttons for accurate set temperatures of each inner and outer zone, infinitely variable dual temperature zones of 250ºF to 700ºF, fast temperature recovery for handling heavy food volumes, selectable inner or outer, or combined temperature zones, selectable ‘Actual’ temperature displayed for both zones, automatic electronic hot surface ignition and re-ignition. Built from 304 stainless steel, this 30″ diameter circular flattop has sealed inner burner at 18,000 BTU center zone and sealed outer burner at 22,000 BTU outer zone, with both burners being independently controlled. Solid steel cook surface is extremely durable and easy to clean. Stainless steel drip pan surrounds cook surface with forward spillover slots to dual spill collection trays. Spill collection trays are conveniently located in drawers at each outward side of control panel. Dishwasher safe. The 30G is available in either natural gas or propane.
