We have been researching, polling, asking and calling all our friends about the UMPC (aka Origami) and none of them and their friends have one or have ever seen a UMPC, whatever happened to those small devices from Samsung and OQO is not good, the reality is that this project was overhyped from the begining and has been very difficult to achieve the same grade of buzz generated with the Origami project selling them… the buzz ate completely all expectations and the user experience range from normal to running out of battery constantly, nothing overwhelming…. I can only pray God that everything works for Samsung and the others UMPC makers, so the price goes down and everybody finaally get a full packed mobile pc… maybe the Newton (Apple will turns the Newton into a UMPC) rumours around the net turn to be true and we see an invigorated UMPC market leads by Apple, Samsung and others…
