Japanese mac news site macotakara.jp is reporting that Apple’s new iPhone 5 and iPad 3 parts are being sent by Hitachi and Sony Mobile Display, both companies are supplying Apple with 4″ display for the next iPhone, Apple has been reluctant to change the size of the iPhone screen, but rumors point to a 7″ mini iPad and now to an imminent 4″ iPhone 5 or whatever it end up being called.

The iPhone 5 and the next iPad 3 are supposed to bring a better and higher pixels density Retina Display to the iDevices.
