star6: A Revolutionary hardcore sampling app for the iPhone star6 audio sampling

Jason Forrest is introducing a new hardcore audio sampling for the iphone, it is called Star6 and it’s the world’s first fully-featured sample manipulation instrument for iPhone! Star6 uses a powerful Granular Synthesis audio engine to manipulate audio samples all controlled by the accelerometer of the iPhone/iPod Touch. This allows the user to literally cut up beats with a flick of the wrist! You can upload your own samples and record and download everything as well. We think it’s the most fully-featured and FUN music app made to date and it uses the unique qualities of the iPhone in a way that no app has before.

Co-developed with Agile Partners who made the GuitarToolkit app which has never left the top-25 music apps since the app store started.
