Apple is hunting down Psystar and its mac clone business
In a not surprising move by Apple legal team, it is confirmed that Apple is hunting down Psystar, the now famous unauthorized mac clones maker that has been profiting from making mac compatibles desktop pc and servers loaded with a hacked version of Mac OS X defying Apple’s always thirsty Legal Deparment.
Now we will see how Psystar planned everything and how they think they can fight Apple and get not bruises in the process. Maybe their Legal knows something that we all take for granted.
Apparently Apple was reviewing all the possibilities or too stressed with the iPhone 3G launch and let Psystar glaze on the valley a few days, now this will be a real dog fight, where Apple will try to destroy completely the clone maker while them (Psystar) will try to find any ambivalence in the Apple’s End User License Agreement or EULA that protect them from the imminent death at Apple’s hands
Gooood luck Psystar, I told you not to play with Big Daddy.
